LEGACIES FROM LEGENDS IN PR

Legacies from Legends in Public Relations celebrates the 40th Anniversary year of the founding of the Public Relations Student Society of America (PRSSA). This unique anthology includes personal messages for students that were written by 34 "living" legends who have been honored by their colleagues for leadership in the development of the public relations profession. Their messages capture observations from experience and useful directions for future practice. The Plank Center presented the book to more than 1,100 students at the PRSSA conference in Philadelphia in October 2007. Copies of the book were subsequently distributed to students in 284 PRSSA chapters at colleges and universities across the country, as well as to many public relations practitioners and educators.
